Shipping Policy

We know how important it is that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. That’s why we partner with some of the most reliable logistics providers in the country and take full responsibility for ensuring smooth and timely fulfilment of your order

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES

• Prepaid Orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day of the order being placed.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders are processed and dispatched on the next business day of the order being confirmed via call and/or WhatsApp.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Orders typically reach you within 4–8 business days of being placed.
• Express Shipping may be available at an extra charge, write to us at hello@butterscosh.in to know the possibility.  
• Exchange or return pickups are done by our logistics partner within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.
  Note: Actual delivery timeline depends on your location, and external factors such as weather conditions, logistical constraints, handling delays or political disruptions.

SHIPPING CHARGES 

• Free Shipping on all orders.
  
• Express Shipping charges vary by delivery location.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

• Partial COD payment of 10% of total invoice amount, must be paid online to place a COD order. 
• COD is unavailable on a total invoice amount of Rs. 10,000 or more in value. 
• All COD orders are confirmed via call and/or WhatsApp. We make 3 attempts to confirm. If unconfirmed, the order is automatically cancelled.

RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

• Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery. In case of 3 failed attempts to reach you, the order will be returned to origin.
• If your order returns to origin due to unavailability, failed contact, or refusal, a refund will be issued after deducting up to ₹300-400 in shipping and reverse logistics charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

• We currently ship only within India but will expand our operations to international locations soon.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

• Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are processed for dispatch, i.e. within 12 hours of being placed. Just write to us at hello@butterscosh.in

ORDER NOTIFICATIONS

• You’ll receive notifications via email and/or WhatsApp at every key milestone of your order journey, including returns.
